Hi! Thank you very much for these insights. I have a question please: I got a conditional notice of eligibility for a probationary teaching permit and I am outside Canada and not a resident. I tried to sit for the MEES Quebec language test but I was not able to get a visit visa due to the Covid-19 lockdown and travel restrictions. Could you please help as what I can do in such a situation because my notice of eligibility for a probationary teaching permit expires in August 2022? Is there any possibility that I can use this notice in my immigration application via Arrima?

I am interested in teaching in Quebec. I read an article where the government of Quebec is seeking teachers from specific countries. I am not from any of the countries on the list. I would like to know if I can still apply or only persons from those countries are eligible? Thanks in advance.
