Hey CE5,

can you plz display your complete timeline for your federal application. How long did it take from the time your meds were showin ecas as received to the time ecas showed 'in process'? Also keep the us posted when you get your RPRF...

Even I have applied in Sep 2011 and got my file number in first week of Feb 2012 . Still waiting for furhter news... When can I get my interview done a and when can I expect atleast?


Got myself enrolled to continual french classes .. already nearing 1 year and no news yet after recieving file number. any news or update when can we expect interviews ?

well, according to MY Ecas, things seem to move fast, at least the updates on it, so....something is moving on the other end.
Here my timeline:

AOR : 3rd May with Meds attached

Ecas Access: 7th may

Meds Done: 8th May

Ecas shows: 23rd May Started Processing

Ecas shows: 7th June "Current Mailing Address" shows up

Ecas shows: 28th June Meds received shows up

Ecas shows: 26th July "Current Home address" shows up

2-3 weeks in between updates. My case is a reasonably big one, 5 PCC's....several employers....mainly Europe.. I ordered CAIPS just because i'm curious what they are doing...

Hi, I have applied for QSW in Sep 2011 and got my applicaton recieved acknowledgement in Nov, 2011. When I have recently mailed them reg my applicaiton status,
got a reply " YOUR FOLDER IS STILL WAITING FRO TREATMENT". Now ,my question is due to my personal problems, I want to withdraw my applciation .


Please suggest me if I would get my fee refunded or not?????

I think i am getting confused with the timelines as it is hard to distinguish if the members who post are Inland or outland, so i created a new thread for 'Federal Outland Applicants from Buffalo under QSW'.

I am looking for applicants who have sent Outland applications to Buffalo Office. There might be some people on this forum who have submitted Federal Applications to Buffalo while they are in the US. Most of these applications are being processed at Ottawa, could you guys please post your timelines using the above link.

hello guys, I need help with some questions. My timeline is on the left under m profile.

First of all, are there people in this forum applying from the USA that have the work permit or visa expiring soon, and still have not heard anything from CIC?

I live and work in the US on work permit and it is about to expired in January and i have not heard anything from CIC on my application yet. Please, advise me what i can do because the work permit i have is not renewable, actually its an OPT (Optional Practical Training) which you received after graduation.
I have written several messages to CIC, but it seems like they are not even checking them. No response.

My question here is, has anybody been in the same situation, or heard of anybody in the same situation that was able to resolve the issue with CIC, and How? Please, i seek desperate answer.
