QSW:Outland Application for Federal Application to Buffalo(CPP-O) sent from USA

This thread is strictly for those people who have sent an outland application to Buffalo office for Federal Processing from the US after receiving their Quebec Skilled Worker Selection Certificate (CSQ). There is lot of confusion in timelines as a lot of people on most QSW forums have applied from inside Canada and their timelines are much faster making it hard for outsiders to decipher if the application process is really that fast or it is different for Inland and outland applicants. So if you fall into the above category plz post your timeline here.
This is my current status verbatim from ECAS:
We received your application for permanent residence on March 14, 2012.
Medical results have been received.

I will start with my timeline,
Dec 12, 2012: CSQ received
March 14, 2012: Federal Application received
May 9,2012: Request for medicals
May 22,2012: Medicals Done
May 31,2012: FEDex shows medical reached
June 22: Medical Results have been received.

HI everybody,
I received the MR on august 22nd and I was so lucky cause I received the email while I was in vacation in Montreal, so I did the Medicals the day after, which is august 23rd 2013 at
Clinic LUSO 1 mont royal ave montreal. My questions are:
1- They took a picture of me right before the visit, so I didn't have to provide photos. Does this mean the clinic provide the e-medical service?
2- The doctor told me it's gonna take less than 2 weeks for them to send the results to Toronto, and advised me to send the receipt to the Visa office to let them know that my medicals are done. Does anybody know where should I send this?
ANy idea about the timelines
My e case is still showing "Réception de la demande à CIC", Is it normal?
Please if anybody's timeline are close to mine, let's network.
