QSW NOT RECEIVED AOR.....PLEASE HELP

Hi guys,

I have submitted my file in june 2011 for quebec skilled worker category in paris office, over five months ago and still have not received my AOR. i dont know what's wrong with it, it is really making me very tense. i have heard from lots of other people that it normally dont take more than 2 months to get AOR and they said to me they have got it in that 2-3 months of time frame and they submitted their file in HONG KONG office. mine is in paris. can anyone suggest me what to go, does it mean anything is wrong or i have failed to get it or it mean i will never get it, i have spend already lots of time and money in that. i am losing hopes, please offer me advice.

and you will get to know the trend followed by paris visa office. what I know is that it takes longer at this visa ofc as cmpare to others.
