Application Filed: January 2014 (KSA Applicant)
AOR Received: May 2014
Doc. Update Request: May 2016 (Intent to Reject)
*** MIDI asked for iqama update only and nothing else.
Agency: Philippines

Hello,
I am in dilemma. Can anyone please help?
I got my csq in november 2015 and got married in december 2015 and had not send my required documents yet because i come to usa in feb 2016 on H4 visa along with my husband. My name on passport has also being changed. I dont what to do? Whether to apply or not? My husband is having canadian pr not citizenship and is in usa on H1 visa doing his residency. Can anyone please advice me what should i do?
