Whats the difference between two codes of nursing i.e U118 and C029

If you are applying for the QSW program under nursing category, use U118

What made you choose Code U118 for nursing..I am from India.I did 3yrs diploma in nursing in 2000.My nursing school was associated with a Medical college( Not to any University or College).....so I am confused which code to use?
Thanks

As a "MUST" rule, whenever you wanna apply for QSW you follow the most recent info you find on their website and use the most recent forms in their most recent formats. If you ever checked at the 2013 list of AOTs(area of trainings) you would see nursing listed as U118. If you are a newbie, I think you missed something: this forum is out to guide and not to mislead. So when you ask a question, it is obvious that you need a correct answer and when someone answers you, I think he is doing that to the best of their knowledge. You might wanna check on the timelines/profiles of the several nurses on this forum who applied recently and you gonna see U118, starting with mine here on the left under my name.

Thanks buddy.

It makes no difference. Just that all correspondence will be sent to india whenever the need arises. You may however notify CIc of change in address if you wish. Though not compulsory.

Happy new year to everyone. I'm new on this platform.

I applied for QSW and my application was received on 15th November 2013 (1.5 month ago) (according to Fedex online tracking). Up till now, no acknowledgement has been sent to me, should I be worried? or is it their usual practice not to acknowledge the receipt of their mails? Somebody please talk to me.

Regards,

tonitone

Thanks for your response Preferred.

Am a nurse, Irish Nationality, English speaker only, ielts submitted (7.5), but struggling with French, infact No French clues at all. Must I be speaking French at the time of interview? or will it count against me

Regards.
