I was requested to send the passports and some other issues. Can you please guide me a little telling me how to go through this process without any mistake:
1- I have to send a declaration (with the passports) stating that I will have no financial obligations upon my arrival in Canada. My question is: How do I send this declaration. Is there a special format? Is there something specific I have to put in this declaration?
2- They asked me to to send the original of current bank statement from an account created and maintened in my name. My question is: I already have a bank account in my name. Do they mean that I have a new bank statement of my account (newly dated?)
3- with the passports and the other things they asked, do I have to send a cover letter telling what I'm enclosing and my file number?
4- How do I ensure that my passports arrived and submitted to the right place in the embassy and how do I know when they will send back our passports?

Do they mean that I have a new bank statement of my account (newly dated?): No need to open another account. Get a latest statement from your bank and send it

3- with the passports and the other things they asked, do I have to send a cover letter telling what I'm enclosing and my file number?: Better yoy make a covering letter listing the enclosures.

4- How do I ensure that my passports arrived and submitted to the right place in the embassy and how do I know when they will send back our passports : Send by a courier and follow their tracking number. You will get the details by whom and when received.

Can you also tell me how I can take the settlement funds with me? What is meant by draft money? and how do I do it?

Please Qorax, can you help me? I'm used to you as always replying and helping others. Can you please provide me with a sample of a declaration letter? What am I supposed to write in it. Also, I have a stupid question may be which is: what is meant by draft money? How can I do that?

draft money = bank draft, money order, cashier order --- go to your bank and they will know
