1. After meds it usually takes 3-4 months for the PPR [if PPR is not already clubbed with the meds].
2. It can take more time also due to security checks, but generally not expected to exceed beyond 5-6 months.
3. After u send the pps for stamping it usually takes 30 days to return. 45 days max.

Any timeframe lessor is a 'bonus' but shouldn't be planned for.

The reply to that is posted in response to the OP's query earlier on this thread. The situation is all fluid, no one can really predict. However, till the time your PPR comes thru by 6 months of her pregnancy, there's nothing to worry. But, if it is hitting 7-8 months -yes there is trouble.

As they have sent u that -most likely u'll be on hold till the delivery. There r chance otherwise too. Say your security checks return within a month or two -they may proceed with your case.

Things r fluid here, as I said before... u need to be prepared. But things r moving alright -that CHC mail suggests that. So, u should actually be happy. Moreover, a new bundle of joy is on the horizon, keep-up the spirits, for u & your wife's as well.

All the best !
