Dear All,

As per new rules intimation of point system.

What is CLB / NCLC level of English proficiancy ???

Also as per existing Rules, Moderate : Max 16 points as per IELTS score R - 6.5 W- 6.5 S - 6.5 L- 7.5

So what bands we need to score as per new rules Point system ??? for gaining Each 6 (High) , Each 5 (Moderate) and Each 4 (Basic) .

u r rite siddarth...still i have confusion regarding new point system.as my brother wll apply for immigration in 2013 (noc 3131) and he needs 20points to be eligible.lets see what seniors wll comment??
