PLEAAAAAASEE guys ...

am wasting lots of time everyday.. its my annual leave and i already wasted the first week sitting at home worrying about the matter and searching here and there...

I DIDNT GET THE AOR YET !!!

here are my details maybe they are the reason for this delay:

Nationality: Palestine
Residence: UAE.. since birth
NOC: 4131 (only but in 2 places.. once for 1 year and another for another year)
Education: Bachelor degree
IELTS: all 16 points
adaptability: my brother is a PR there

also i had a file opened in 2004 where my sister in canada sponsored my mother and me (i was below 18), but due to the fact that she moved and forgot to update CIC for her new mail box... she couldnt respond to an inquiry from CIC promptly.. and eventually the file closed...


so is it because they are investigating for my brother in canada making all this delay?.. or because of my history in their (file opened in 2004 then closed)?

please help

Yes the old file can be the reason for delay but the delay doesn't come from CIO, it should come from the local visa office as they will do full investigation. So old file cannot be the reason for delay for a decision from CIO here.

I know its been almost 3 months now, just check your email regularly and inbox regularly. Wait for another 2 weeks
