Qorax,PMM eperts!!Spouse work contract and reference letters

My spouse has worked in her family bussiness all her life (parents own the bussiness) , she has never been on any work contract with them since it was not necessary. How can she send a contract to CHC that she never had? And what about the reference letters? Do her parents sign them? Please I would like advice from the experts on this one. She is not the principal applicant.

I think it is not very important as you are not claiming points for her work experience.

Yes, just explain in cover letter her duties and duration of work etc, along proofs of business such as registration etc. You won't get any point from spouse for work but Only Education. So, no need to be worry, unless your Spouse if Principal applicant which I have doubt no.
