Hi to All.
In my Caip Notes the VO made a mistake and was asking me to get FBI report and police certificate for USA and Britain. I visited the USA and for Britain i took some international examinations in my home country, when he saw the certification he thought i studied in Britain to get them. So he made this mistake to ask me for the papers. Many have asked me to send an explanation,
Please below is the explanation, is there anything i should add to the explanation help please.
In my Caips Notes BF'D To : PS on 22.01.2011.
Thanks and waiting.
1) I attended an International Conference in the year 2004 in USA, city Virginia. The Conference lasted for a few days and I returned to continue my teaching job. I have never lived in USA. I took permission from the Dean of the University, were I was teaching in and he gave me some time to go and attend the Conference. I had to apply for the Visa, travel and returned. They knew the importance of the Conference and so they gave me permission.
As I indicated on my Application for Federal Skilled Workers, I am a former International member of the Association for Experiential Education (AEE). As an Educator you can join this Association, attend Conferences to interact with other educators in the field of teaching and exchange experiences with educators from other countries.
There is a paper in my file that was written to me, to indicate that I attended the Conference. According to Canadian immigration website, if you visit a country for less than6 months, then you are not required to obtain a police certificate. I was in the USA only for days and I returned.
I have never lived in the Britain
2) I have never lived in Britain, the London Chambers of Commerce and Industry qualifications are International examinations that I studied, wrote and past in my home country. That is the reason why the certification has no University name on it. Centres for these examinations are found in different countries of the world.
I have never lived in Britain. The link below explains about these exams. Also my passport was issued in London, because we do not have any Embassy in the country where i am presently residing.

Thanks for understanding.
