Qorax or any other senior Please Help regarding Fee Refund from Out Side Canada

Dear Qorax or any other senior,
There are many applicants who are receiving the refund letter after their rejection for Canadian Immigration.
But some of them are facing problem in this process especially who are living out side of Canada or living in Pakistan..
So please guide us for this issue.
Actually i had applied for Skilled worker along with my family.
and I got rejection along with the letter of refund.
According to the refund instruction received from London Visa Office as i am living in Pakistan and my VO is London, that i must send them some prescribed information regarding my bank to transfer my funds.
But they replied against my information that this process of refunding is only for London residents.
here is the sample of the letter.

We can confirm that we sent a request for your refund. Please note it can take a few months longer than usual for the refund to be received, as a large number of refunds are being processed at this time.

So i have ask them to tell me the process of refunding.
But they dont have replied yet.

They'd send u a Cashier's Cheque (bank draft). U just have to deposit it in ur a/c with any bank in Pakistan.

As with anything CIC -- patience is the key!
Pls hold tight - no actions required - ur chq would come eventually (takes around 4-6 months though, as last observed).
