The Reason I am writing to you, Want to discuss about form filling, At the time of filling Skilled Immigration forms i faced problems to fill the query & doubt in mind to give answer some query, need help from you all experts to resolve my problem, The information I would like to obtain should include the following.
Q1. IMM 5612E Option #. 8, 2 Self addressed mailing labels one in English or French and the second in the official language of your country, Whether i write address at Separate white paper or there is any specific form where I mention it.
Q2. I am belong Pakistan, Visa office requested for the process of your application: CHC Islamabad or CHC London UK?
Q3. Initial application need Photos or send it in 2nd step.
Q3. IMM 0008_1E SCHEDULE 1BACKGROUND / DECLARATION.
a. Option 6. Your status in that country, I write CITIZEN OR ...?
b. Option 10. Give the number of years of school you successfully completed for each of the following levels of education. What i write in boxes in:
1. Elementary/Primary school ?
2. Secondary/ High school ?
3. University/College ?
4. Trade school or other post secondary school?
c. In last section, DO NOT COMPLETE THE FOLLOWING SECTION NOW, YOU MAY BE ASKED TO SIGN IN THE PRESENCE OF A REPRESENTATIVE OF CANADIAN GOVT. OR AN OFFICIAL APPOINTED BY THE CANADIAN GOVT. Should I remain this section whole empty ?nothing any thing mark on it?
Q4. IMM0008_3E SCHEDULE 3 ECONOMIC CLASSES- FEDERAL SKILLED WORKERS,
a. Option 5. LANGUAGE, In this stage no need to present IELTS certificate with this application, just I mark my proficiency in English according to my skills. Or minimum points show which just touch to 67 points only.
b. Option 6. LANGUAGE (CONTINUED)At this stage me not providing IELTS certificate, is it create any problem for me or not, I select 2nd option in form No,
c. Option 10. FUNDS. Right now I applying just my self , not right now my spouse and my baby, I just carry funds only for my self or whole family. 1 person CAD$ 10,168 or whole family CAD$ 15,563.
d. Option 11. Your Work Experience,
1. Only of Managerial job tenure main duties describe in list?
2. What does NOC of:
a. Audit Manager NOC 1111
b. Asst. Audit Manager?
c. Audit Officer?
Q5. IMM5620E FEE PAYMENT FORM. I am paying fee through Bank Draft. Section B remain Blank or Cross this section.
Q6. What the benefit of filling Representative form, if i not fill n send to CIO, is it problem for me or not.
May be above mentioned question quite easy and simple but I want to remove my fully doubt from my mind, and want to fill all forms without any single error, It could be happened with your kind attention.
