QATAR POLICE CLEARANCE- How to obtain quickly???

Hi, Good morning. Please are you now in Canada? How did you get your PPC. I need the police report from Qatar myself. For the Ministry of foreign affairs how do they get it stamped. I'm a bit confused on that. I'm in Canada right now, just finished my studies so am thinking of applying for the SINP nomination. If I can get the downloadable finger print form and take it to any Police Quarters here in Canada does that make sense? After that what's next. I need someone to show me steps on how to go about it.

Validity of Qatar Police Clearance is 6 months.

The easiest and fastest way to obtain PCC from Qatar is if you know anyone who's reaiding in Qatar. Fill up the form , send the copy of your passport and you need to probably give the details of your first entry and last exit dates from Qatar and send a copy of your PR during your stay in Qatar, have it submitted through your known contacts. I did it last year and it was very quick, my friend got it collected with 2 weeks if I remember it correctly and have it mailed to me. Very convenient !!

Thanks for the reply. I already sent the original Qatar Police Clearance. It took us 3 months to wait but they made a mistake on my husband's middle name so the embassy in the Philippines had to send it back. We waited for another 3 months thinking that the mistake will be corrected but alas, it's still the same so i just sent it together with the rest of my application. The problem is, the visa office did not indicate what was wrong with our Qatar clearance. They are just requesting for the clearance as if I did not submit it.

All I did was send copies of pictures + passport copy which I used it when I was staying in Doha + a copy of my old resident permit and a form and letter stating I need a police clearance certificate for the immigration purpose in Canada. My friend went to the Criminal Evidence and information department , PO box - 23004 and submitted the forms on my behalf. Paid the fee and When it was ready got it collected and mailed it to me. It was very convenient and fast.

Also, do i have to recieve an ita first to obtain this police certificate? Or i can apply for it before ita just to save time?

It was one year before. I did send an authorization letter along with it. So may be that helped or I don't know since when they stopped accepting request through friends.

After I returned to Canada, me and my husband needed the certificates urgently so we hired a firm called Afreno operating as local service providers in Qatar. They took care of all the requirements, procedures and all the hassle for us & sent us our Qatar Police Clearance Certificates through dhl in 3 days. Hope that helps.
