I have a question in regards to getting Qatar PCC process. I live in Toronto, Canada and wanted PCC of Qatar. As per the process, I got the Finger print form (C-216C) however only the copy of this form was notarized (and not the original). The guy who did the notary told he couldn’t notarized the original as the finger prints were not taken in front of him.
In the copy, there is a stamp saying “I have reviewed the document and certify that this is a true copy of said document”. Will my copy be attested in ottawa and accepted by Ministry of Interior in Qatar and eventually get the PCC? Or will it be a issue?
If anyone can answer this it will be off great help.
