I did my medicals (as the final step as I believe) in May 31, 2007, but until now I didn’t get answer, which means it would be only 2 months left for the medical exam to be expired.
I am wondering if is possible to ask for repeating the medical exam to gain another 1 year extension for the visa validity period before it being stamped on passports (where it is impossible for me to prepare myself to immigrate within only 2 months).

Thanks for any feedback or comment.

Have you spoken to cic about your concerns? 1. its best to communicate to them so that you could remind them about your application and medical soon to expire. if its an error on their part its unlikely but they may consider you to do another medical check but its unlikely they would give you two months.
2. if given two months to land, then you could go and land and then go back to your country to finalise as you could stay out of country for a max of 2 year to meet the obligations of residency which is around 750 days spent in canada.
