I have the same question! All my friends with Kitchener or Edmonton VO received their COPR 3-5 months after submitting. This is kind of unfair!! My AOR was in December!

Can you please share your experience?

got my AOR in 18th of December
done my biometrics at 19th of December
i heard Sydney visa office so slow compared to other visa offices
