Putting together final application

If someone can help me out in the organization of the file, I would appreciate it.

There are two checklists, one is provided with the package and the other one is in the Guide for Principal Applicant (sponsored person)

This is how I organized it:
Checklist
- Sponsor forms (application, evaluation, questionnaire)
- Sponsor support documents.

Then a second package with sponsored person checklist from the guide.
- sponsored person forms (application, questionnaire etc. in order of checklist)
- sponsored person civil documents, proof of marriage etc. (in order of checklist)

Then I put both packages together and put a rubber band around it.

The reason why I did this is because IMM5491 Checklist is missing few documents that needs to be submitted from Pakistan, and it doesn't list that where as the checklist from guide mentions all the additional documents like Supplementary Information, Residency questionnaire.

Just don't submit the application without the missing documents. Either get them from Pakistan and include them or provide a valid explanation as to why they're not included in the package. Not doing so will cause you months of delays.

Oh yes I have received and included every single document listed in both checklists. The only thing I am waiting on is the updated IMM0008 from my wife because there was new version on the website.

To summarize, I organized Sponsor documents according to sponsor checklist, and my wife organized her documents according to Sponsored person's checklist.
