Hi. I just wanna ask. Is the Passport required when you put the name of the TFW on that LMIA? My consultant has already LMIA without name yet but it will expire 3 weeks from now and I want my brother to apply this LMIA but He doesn't have Passport Yet. Is it possible that we can put His name without His passport yet? We just book My brother's appointment to get Passport but it will takes 9 days. Thank you

If the emloyer has a unnamed lmia they find a employee ....and request to update a name on it ...how much time it will take ??to put a employee name on it????
