Friends can you guide me what should be written in PURPOSE OF VISIT.

I am applying for Vistior visa and i have my uncle who ha sent me invitation letter.

Please gudie what exactely should be written.

I intend to visit Canada alongwith my wife . The purpose of visit is to be with our daughter at the time of her delivery and to perform Baby shower as per our custom before the delivery. My daughter is a PR holder.

Purpose of visit doesn't need to be complicated. Family visit is fine. Given that your daughter is pregnant she is considered as a vulnerable person because pregnant women have more negative outcomes when it comes to covid. Pregnant women also have regular doctors appointments and may have to go to the hospital so it is important that they have no contact with people quarantining to protect the health system. You will need to quarantine in a separate area of her home like a basement or an airbnb/hotel for 14 days.

Hopefully you already have visit visas given for many locations the processing time is 6-8 months. Also as far as baby shower is concerned then of course you need to keep aware of any indoor gathering restrictions that may or may not come up as a result of COVID.
