Purpose Of Visit & Satisfactory Proof Of Relationship **

All,

I have applied for my spouse dependent visa and unfortunately CIC has refused it citing more explanation on below two points :

1. Purpose of Visit
2. Satisfactory Proof Of Relationship

Has anybody on this forum has ever experienced this ? Pls share your experience on how can I answer these questions.What all points and artifacts should i provide while resubmitting the application.

Please help.

1. This means CIC suspects your spouse has plans to remain in Canada long term and didn't provide sufficient evidence to show ties to their home country.
2. This means you didn't include enough evidence to provide your relationship is genuine.

How can i respond back to CIC on this and what all documents should I provide.

You'll need to submit a brand new application. In the new application you should provide additional evidence that show your partner's ties to their home country (e.g. job, property, etc.) and also additional evidence that demonstrates you are in a relationship.
