Purpose Of Visit & Satisfactory Proof Of Relationship

All,

I have applied for my spouse dependent visa and unfortunately CIC has refused it citing more explanation on below two points :

1. Purpose of Visit
2. Satisfactory Proof Of Relationship

Has anybody on this forum has ever experienced this ? Pls share your experience on how can I answer these questions.What all points and artifacts should i provide while resubmitting the application.

What class of visa? SOWP? If so, you should post your question in the Temporary workers section.

What information/evidence did you provide for the 2 points that CIC were not satisfied about?

It was for temporary resident visa.

I have provided marriage photographs and Govt issued marriage certificate.

Ah, then you should repost the question (with that information), in the visitor's section (I'm not experienced with TRVs, sorry ). There are lots of experienced & helpful posters there.

I do know that CIC need to see proof of your ties to your home country & that you will return there at the end of the visa. They also probably want more information about you *relationship*, not just the wedding.
