Purpose of refusal

Hi there me and my family of total 6 visitor visa got refused, can i do anything to reconsider or something because here are the reasons they provide

1) you said we don't have travel history, though we traveled 3 countries (Iran, Iraq, Syria)

2) you said not have family ties in canada and country of residence, though my bro is a citizen in canada who invited me, and i've a job to continue after trip as well as i've couple of properties which i obviously have to look after, and i can't do it without being present in my country so what else i could provide you to satisfy you?

3) you said purpose of travel, though i provide you a doc that clearly said that we we'll be there for visiting beautiful places of Canada, while we'll be staying at our bro house, you know no one will let anyone stay in their home for long, especially in western countries where living cost is quite expensive.

So kindly i request to help me out with this thanks

Hi,

1. How long did you want to visit?

2. Did all six applicants get the same refusal reason i.e. Purpose of visit, Travel History, and Family ties?

Hi there me and my family of total 6 visitor visa got refused,
With your entire family wanting to visit Canada together, it makes your family ties to your home country to appear weak/non-existent = possibility of overstaying your visit.

you said we don't have travel history, though we traveled 3 countries (Iran, Iraq, Syria)
Unfortunately, none of these countries count as travel history. If you had visited the US/UK/Schengen countries then that would've helped.

you said not have family ties in canada and country of residence,
I have explained this point.

While you may have submitted evidence of your strong ties to your home country (your employment, property, etc).... each of your family members should have also proved their individual strong ties.

We can advise better if you share the list of documents which you submitted for each family member + their individual strong ties (employment, family, property ownership, financial situation, etc)

Regardless, IMO, you will have better chances of getting a TRV if only yourself and/or 2-3 members apply..... and not your entire family

Cheers

we yes all of my members got same reply, problem is that my wife is house wife, my two children 20+ one is freelance web developer other is home tutor, and two children below 18 one have completed 12 grade and other is willing to go school, so there is nothing to add for them

Should you decide to reapply then only apply for yourself and your wife..... by leaving your children in your home country as your family ties to return to.

Child 1 - Freelance web developer: Can work anywhere in the world = no strong ties to your home country

Child 2 - Home tutor: Can work anywhere in the world = no strong ties to your home country

Child 3 - Completed high school, I assume he is not enrolled in another study program: No strong ties to your home country

Child 4 - Not studying: No strong ties to your home country

Reconsideration is not possible. You can only reapply.

Only you have strong reasons to return to your home country. I recommend that you do NOT reapply for your children because the possibility of them getting TRVs is almost nil (based on their present situation)

and what about the reason of Purpose of travel, and travel history, how to over come that?
IMO, Generally Travel history is not a deal breaker. If you have traveled to US/UK your canadian visa approval might be easier. As far as purpose of travel, provide a detailed itinerary (day to day) of all the places that you would like to visit.

How long do you want to visit?

You must prepare a detailed day-by-day plan of tourist places you would like to visit or relatives/friends whom you would like to meet (some days can be spent relaxing at home).... with expense estimates. This will prove that you have a well-defined reason to visit.

You cannot change your Travel History unless you get visas for/travel to the US, UK, Schengen countries, etc

for a month, and like i explain, we can't set the plan, because it's totally depend on my bro time
Yes, I understand. But prepare a estimated plan. Talk to your brother. Plan on visisting places on week end. On week days you can think of spending time with your brother family and local shopping or sight seeing. Visa officer should get an idea that you have well thought about your travel plan.

I submitted a request for a temporary visa visit to Canada for only 4 weeks. Can the application be rejected on the sole basis that I did not submit a detailed day-by-day plan of tourist places I would like to visit?

No - it shouldn't be refused just for that reason.

Thanks for the response.

I wished I had come across this website BEFORE I got rejected the first time. Let's hope the 2nd time is a charm. :)
