Masters with 11 years of experience in Honeywell as Senior Telecom Engineer.

Does anyone have Diploma form Punjab State Board of Technical Education and Industrial Training ?

If any have, Please tell me the procedure for obtaining Transcripts form PSBE&IT ?

Go Chandigarh, to their office and submit a request for transcripts. I have seen that you are struggling from past one month for this.
Its very easy, give them a visit and they will provide you transcripts soon.

I'm asking this question again and again just to know the exact procedure, so within lesser time i can receive my transcripts form PSBE&IT, rather than walking here and there.

I have Diploma(3 years) from PSBE&IT and B.tech(3 years, lateral entry in 2'nd year) from PTU.
Can, I claim points for both of my Education credentials in EE profile under "Two or more Diploma, Degree.." ??

First get the ECA report, if the report says diploma and bachelors then yes, you can.

PSBTE&IT people are very very slow... you or someone has to visit personally there... also they provide it only when you have a academics form from WES or reference numbers... very difficult people to handle than other universities.
PTU is also slow but they have online system and good at that..
