So does that mean transcript once issue will be the one which should be used later on for further applications.
and only an attested copy of those transcript(s) can be sent out to the WES for ECA?

Do you know what attestation charges apply in this case?
Is it per document which will be my transcript and degree cert?
Yes

or still I owe 150 * <semesters>+150* degree cert
In 2015, I paid 80/- for attested copy and 80/- for envelope, it might be more now.

Hi,

Some awesome information here! In my scenario:
- I am in the USA. So can i ask someone else to go to the university with original documents and all other documents? If yes, do they require any authorization letter from me?
- Do i need both Marksheets and Transcript or just the Transcript from Pune university?
- I infer from the post that someone can print out of the online form and bank slip to take to the University. Is that correct?

Just Transcript. (Original to show in University and then attested sealed for WES).

Yes, you or a "someone" need to take that online form and bank slip with original documents to the University.

- Also, on the website, on the list of Online Applications, which one should I be selecting for degree certificate for WES:
1. Duplicate Degree Certificate? OR
2. Certificate Attestation
- The university guy mentioned that i can pay the amount online via net banking and get the slip. Not sure if that option is there on the website?

About payment, inside the university, you can find sbi bank that will work too..

Same issue happened to me as well.
I sent my documents as attested copies by notary to pune university.
and they sent an email back that I have to visit them personally and collect the document personally.

I have copy of my transcript and degree certificate notarized, which I sent to them for attestation.

If there is no one in India, how to get this done.
and why are they negating the lawful notarized document?

Arrange for the documents to be sent directly to WES by the university or autonomous college responsible for conducting the examinations.

-OR-

If the document is given to you to forward to WES, it must be attested & dated and placed in an official sealed envelope that is signed or stamped across the back flap by the appropriate authentication officer at the institution that conducted the examination. If the envelope has been opened or there is no stamp or signature across the back flap, the document will not be accepted by WES.

NOTE:
WES only accepts documents attested and sealed by the designated official at the institution that conducted the examination (e.g. Controller of Examination or Registrar's Offices). Attestations by individual professors, officials at affiliated colleges, or external notary publics will not be accepted.

Don't worry on this, they know which stamp and sign goes on this kinds of envelopes, what I mean to say they are doing this everyday, so don't worry.

Pune university don't sent directly to WES, you have to collect those envelopes and use FedEx or any other service to send WES (as it is !)

Unfortunate, that is the only way you can do it if you are not in India/Pune.

Hi all,

What about Original Degree Certificate and Provisional Certificate? When filling the form, I could see that under Transcript section, they are accepting only marksheets for different years but not for these certificates. Please do guide me.
