For my case it was the clinic who sent me the email first but since i also send an inquiry through the webform another email from IRCC was received regarding the additional medical request.
Thanks Mtille! We only found out about my husband's additional xray request after raising webform. We weren't notified by panel clinic nor the ircc either. And to make it worse, the xray submission was already due when we got the webform reply.
Aww.. sorry to hear that. I sent few webforms after a month of my first medical because all of my dependents passed and only mine left under review.

Actually I faced a lot of pain during my medical. I did sputum test , Chest X-ray and one of the very big examination which is called Bronchoscopy . Actually my panel physician doctor was greedy , She wants make money from me . I approached India's top most chest specialist who said your xray is fine it is old healed scar . But my panel physician not accepting she did bronchoscopy which is not a normal examination and not a regular test . I told her I have no symptoms and I gained 35 kg wait almost when I was sick I had only 45 kg and now I have more than 75 kg . I am doing gym . I explained everything But she was not accepting and she did that what she wants from me . Even my all sputum and xrays are negative . I went to her clinic multiple times and she is doing same with other people as well who have no tb symptoms sometimes I has seen people are crying there . I remember there have 2-3 persons who are going for bronchoscopy but I stopped them and I said you go to different doctor or take letter from different doctor then give it to her . They did same and they got cleared with in week and now they are my good friends here in Canada . They also passed their examination here in Canada which proved the Indian panel physician is doing wrong .

I did from max Lajpat and I am facing the same issue, the panel physician over der is just making money, first she asked us to do sputum test and then a re-X ray after 3 months, sputum was negative and then X ray showed no change. After that she wasn’t satisfied and still asked us to undergo CT scan, after that a bronchoscopy. She performed a smear and culture test and the smear report after 3 days said negative, but she said no, you should start medications. Even when everything is negative and the report clearly states so in caps, they are just making money. I consulted a personal doctor he said if everything is negative it’s just some old scar but the panel physician said it’s my decision which is final and she doesn’t care about other doctors opinion. Any way out of this mess ? Also if you take the 6 months medications do they clear you or does it take longer ?
