Can someone guide me regarding the comperitively cheaper art colege or university offering digital media post graduate diploma or masters....i want to do 2 years Course i got 6 bands overall.

I wil kill myself... I prepare in 2 months and expecting high could't understand..... why it is 6 instead of 7.5 or 7... anyhow thanks....!! will see how the university responds... if university accept then visa officer can object??
