IF yes what is the marking system.

actually its typing mistake its PTE English Proficiency test like IELTS..

No, only IELTS and CELPIP are accepted for English proficiency.

If you are not in Canada, then IELTS is your only option.

Make sure you take the General one and not the Academic one as that one is not accepted for immigration purposes.
