PT-pror except post diplome

On a closed work permit valid till July 2023 currently.
Received this letter to my SOWP application and said I can continue to work under the same condition until February 2023. It doesn’t make sense
How long until I get my OWP so I can work where I want ?!

Hello, same issue here : closed work permit expires in 2025. Applied for Open work permit after receiving letter from PR application that I could apply for open work permit. Receive PT-EXT (PT-PROR in French) that expires in October 2023...

Do you receive any explanation ?
