PT Notification Interest from Ontario - Questions Asivad & Seniors.

Hi All,
I received PT interest from Ontario on 25th Sept. I am thinking to go ahead with it as I do not see draws going in favour of people who are below 450 as of now. Not feeling sad but with avail this opportunity.
The fees of 1500CAD is non-refundable.
I feel if nothing goes wrong then Ontario for sure with give the nomination, awarding 600 additional points but my question here is that when someone receives a nomination he is awarded with 600 additional points and then get an ITA in next draw. But the additional points totals up with the base points i.e.. if my points are 440 so 440+600 = 1040. So, it means the next draw I am sure to get an ITA and will I get PR for Ontario or the state that has nominated me or for anywhere in Canada?

Sorry for being dumb but this is what is my exact question.

PR is for Canada.

Download 'Nominee Application Form' from here ---> http://www.ontarioimmigration.ca/en/pnp/OI_PNP_EE_CAPITAL_APPLY.html

Fill that form and send the hard copy application to OINP along with supporting documents. There is a very active OINP thread on the forum to help you with FAQs. heeru_maan, rajanvnv and rajkamalmohanram provide a lot of specific guidance on this front - get in touch with them as well.
