PT Nomination Expired due to non transfer of Nomiation to new profile

Guys,

Seeking urgent help!!!

My PR file was rejected due to Spouse PCC and I was advised in this forum to create a new EE profile and advise OINP to transfer my nomination to new profile.

I sent a mail to OINP on 08th Apr 2016 and still no response from OINP after waiting for more than a month.

Today when i checked my new EE profile , its showing Province/Territory Nomination Expired.

"Expired means that you did not accept or decline an offer of nomination, or that you told us about a nomination but the province or territory did not confirm the nomination within the time limit"

Any idea , what i should do ??

I sent mail to these two IDs for transferring my nomination and got automatic response that your query will be answered in 15 days . still no response.

This is weird. You have a new EE profile that OINP has not re-issued the nomination to yet, but it says nomination expired already??
Nomination is valid for 6 months. Even your first nomination should still be valid.

I suspect it's a system glitch. Contact OINP and IRCC at the same time informing them of what happened. Here's an additional e-mail address:

Yes , my nomination is valid till June 2016.

In my EE profile, I mentioned that I have nomination and thats why IRCC was waiting for 30 days to transfer nomination to my new EE profile so in actual , Nomination has not expired , instead IRCC did not get Nomination transfer response so its showing expired for IRCC.

Yeah,

I called up OINP contact 416-327-0374 today and explained my situation. he advised me to send another email and wait for feedback.

I am not sure if there is any other way to reach out to OINP and get feedback on my request

any suggestion ...its been 35 days i have been waiting for OINP to transfer my nomination to new profile but no luck.

sent two reminders also but no feedback ..dont know what to do now

what i feel is when you will get nomination transferred, you will again get 600 points and than get an ITA again in the draw.

Oh, OK, I think this is the reason why you got the expiry notice, OINP didn't confirm it in time. Might've been safer to answer "no" for now and then wait for OINP to handle it in their own time.

This field is locked in my EE profile so i cant change it to NO or YES now.

I am still waiting for response from OINP and really perplexed me

after waiting for more than 6 weeks , finally i got response from OINP yesterday and nomination transferred to my new EE profile and got 600 points added today after accepting nomination

So whoever is in same situation, you will get response from province surely..all the best.

Good to know it worked out. So there was no consequence for the expiry as long as Ontario themselves sent you the nomination.
