Is there anyone who received PT nomination from Ontario earlier but not accepted it and later again created the profile and got the nomination second time.

If there is anyone with the above case then please let me know. It would be really helpful for me.

Are you asking about the nomination or just the PT notification from a province expressing interest?

If your question is about the latter, (I think) it was the forum member 'rohitbites' - he received the PT interest mail from Ontario after the first one expired.
