I lost my pr card. I became permanent resident in April 2022. Now I am applying for PRTD from Pakistan. Do I need to attach humanatarian and compassionate ground application as well along with PRTD as i have not lived in Canada for 720 days? Please let me know. Your advice will be greatly helpful

If you became PR by landing in April, 2022, no, you do not need to provide H&C grounds.

You are still compliant with RO by the way, because out of Canada less than 1095 days since becoming a PR.

Ahmed could you please tell me how long did the processing of the PRTD take? I submitted my online application on Dec 29, 2022 and haven't heard back probably because New Year's holidays. Could you provide your timeline?

You must report your PR card missing you haven’t already done so. If it was stolen I would file a police report.
