Yes you should be able to get a PRTD just apply. COPR is an important document in general. Hopefully you made a copy to keep in your files.

Probably within any validty date stated on the PRTD that will allow you to travel with it before it expires

The longer you wait to apply for your PRTD the lower the chances so if you are going to attempt to get a PRTD you should be applying asap.
