You will need to apply for a PRTD to return to Canada. Assuming you meet the residency obligation, getting the PRTD approved won't be an issue.

Thank you but the thing is the visa offices of ca here in my country is closed because of the lockdown & I’m not sure when are they gonna start processing or will be open again.

This is all over the world. You will have to wait if the Canadian Embassy or VO in your country is closed. There is nothing much you can do.
