hi guys need your inputs on PRTD check list section 8.Supporting documents proving that you meet the residency obligation
basically my wife got PR CARD pick up letter but she is out of country. she spend around 900+ days in canada and submitted renewal application in nov and left the country on jan 23 and planing to come back in june last week.
In Doc check list CIC is asking for below but we are getting confused if this apply to her or this is for the people who claims residency by accompanying Canadian citizen or Canadian PR
If you are accompanying a Canadian citizen or permanent resident, these may include:
• marriage licence or evidence of common-law partnership (mandatory if you are accompanying a spouse or common-law partner), • child’s birth certificate, baptismal document, or adoption or guardianship document (mandatory if you are accompanying a parent),
