Yes my RO is over than the minumum required days. We mention that it was an urgent applications due to family medical emergency and we have to go back to Canada for work commited stuffs.
Tough to say how long it will take to get the PRTD especially with the holidays coming up.
Yes! We received our Passport request on December 27, Sent our Passport on January 03 and they sent it back on January 06

As of now I am still waiting for IRCC to sent passport request which I need to send to VSF Manila for stamping. I will update here when I get my response from IRCC.
