There is no issue with the residency obligation, so H&C app is not required. You should not mention anything to do with H&C in the PRTD app.

My father had applied for a prtd on h&c grounds for our family. It has been 4 moths since we applied and haven't heard anything yet. How long do you think it will take?

Actually i had applied for prtd and it was rejected but now i m applying for study permit and i fear that it prtd case will affect study permit please any one suggest me?

Please can anyone answer this question.
My pr card is expired and I want to apply for PRTD. I’m currently in the UK but I am originally from Nigeria.My VAC in UK is closed but VAC in Nigeria is open. Can I post my PRTD application to my home country in Nigeria while I am in the uk.
