PRTD Processing Time and Stamping

Hello,

currently, I’m living in Canada. I recently got my approval for Permanent residency in January, 2021. I have applied for my PR card. But due to some urgency, i need to travel to India. I had a couple of questions about PRTD.

1) What’s the exact processing time for this application process?
2) Once after getting passport stamping request , in how much time do we need to send passport to VAC? Is there any particular time period?
3) if VAC is close, do we must need stamping in passport ?
4) How long will it take for stamping?
5) Do we need to send passport to delhi or Bangalore through Vfs India? Or we can courier by ourself?

I would really appreciate if someone can help to get me these answers.

Do we need to create account on CIC Website for PRTD or we can apply directly to the VAC through email ?
