PRTD - Primary identification is not provided

Hello

I applied for a PRTD online through the PR portal and today I’ve seen it’s been returned due to ‘Primary identification is not provided’. I don’t know what this means, I submitted everything I needed to including photo Copies of my passport. I can’t edit Or upload any new documents because the View button is greyed out. How am I supposed to know what I’ve done wrong or how to fix this when there’s no options? Any advice would be appreciated, going out of my mind here. Thanks

Did you get your PRTD? I just applied 2days ago for my Dad. And it shows on the return column the same thing. Thanks in advance,

yes I did get it. I’d say wait a week or less and you’ll probably receive an email with the next step, as I’m pretty sure it’s just a glitch
