Hi All.

I have applied for PRTD on H&C GROUNDS from India Bangalore Visa Office.

It's been 8 Months since I applied and no communication from Visa Office.

Any comments ?

I had applied on 25 Sep 2017.

8 months seems excessive. Raise a Case-Specific Enquiry on the application. Are you certain that it was received?

Quick question.... when you applied for your PRTD .... when last where you in Canada before the day you sent in your application because that could explain such a delay....

Applied in Sep 2017
Last was in Canada is June 2017

Thts odd... if u were in Canada June 2017 then why did you need an H&C grounds PRTD....???
When was your initial landing?? How many days did you stay after your initial landing??

I landed in Canada on 2012. Returned back to India in 2013. Stayed in India due to health reasons. Went to Canada in March 2017 and applied for PR renewal.
Came back to India in June 2017. Got a letter to attend interview and asking to apply for PRTd. Applied PRTD in sep 2017 .

Because you applied for a PRTD while in non compliance with the PR RO, your case will take longer to process and it is until they establish that your H&C reasons are feasible...

Best option would be to apply for ATIP notes I think.. they might be able to shed light on what is going on...

You also didn't meet your RO so why did you apply to renew your PR card? Why did you return to India if you had entered Canada without being reported?

What is the maximum processing time anyone heard/knew or gone through for PRTD application?

Mine more than 8 months.

There is no maximum time for the answer.
