Yes, applied via email. You won't hear much from them after submission except confirmation they recieved your application. After 29 days, I got a response back for a passport request. But I heard it all depends on how simple/complex your case and application are.

4 weeks aactually is very standard time these days. I heard some poeple got it after 5-8 weeks. Again depends on how complex your application is.

It is processed in Ankara office in Turkey. You will probably wake up on the good news early in the morning .

I have included a flight ticket but they did not care about it and I missed my flight, so do not bother. If there is an urgency, explain it with your application.
