Hello! My parents applied for an urgent PRTD application on Aug 4, 2024 through a representative. After submitting the application, the representative informed us that even though it shows submitted in their portal, under client signatures, it shows as "no signatures". However, until it was signed and completed, it wouldn't have let the representative submit the application. And my parents did sign everything. We did not receive an email acknowledgment for 2 days. Assuming that maybe there could be a mistake in our application, we submitted another application, this time without a representative on Aug 6th. The next day, Aug 7th, we got 2 emails from IRCC. One was pertaining to the second application, stating the payment was missing, even though we attached the same receipt that we attached in the first application. The second email stated that we already have an application in progress. We are confused now. Should we leave the first application as is and not do anything about the second application? Or just make a payment for the second application and see which one they approve?
