PRTD applied to Abudhabi

My husbands PR card is ready for pickup in Toronto and is oks PR card expired on November 3. We applied for his PRTD from abudhabi as I am a Canadian citizen and work here and my husband accompanies me.
I have resigned from my job andcwe wNt to move back and it’s been 2 months since we applied for the PRTD. When we send email inquiries they send us automated replies!
Don’t know whT to do and how much longer this would take?
Can anyone share their recent experience. Just very worried now

Have seen some wait up to 4 months. You could always return to Canada before your husband to find accommodation and secure employment.
 
We already have a home there , we want to go together as our resident visas need to be cAncelled!
I hope they can process it sooner
 
Hello I applied for PRTD but unfortunately I put only my UCI number instead of PR card number on prtd application form as I did not know which is PR card number I thought that PR card num is located infront of PR card and i put it.I attached my pr card photocopy passport photocopy with visa stemp. Can someone help me I'm worried is it a major mistake or I can get a PRTD
