PRTD application through Abu Dhabi Embassy

I applied for PRTD along with my family on Feb11. I haven't heard from Abu Dhabi Embassy since then. It's already more than 60 days!!

The status through Application Tracking system shows that documents are :Under Process" at Abu Dhabi Embassy.

Is there anyone who have contacted Embassy following the delay in getting a response on their PRTD application? Any feedback would be appreciated.

Do you meet the residency requirement or did you apply under H&C? If you applied under H&C, they you should expect the PRTD may take several months to process.

I applied under H&C grounds but with valid reasons and all details.

In that case it make take a few more months for IRCC to process your application. Non-H&C applications where the person meets the residency obligation are processed within a few weeks. The rest typically take quite a bit longer. Nothing you can do but wait.

can anyone please help me i applied for PRTD 16 week ago from abu dhabi embassy i got no response now i want to contact the area MP in canada
please tell me should i need to provide my UCI # ?or application num along with date of birth?
what should i wrote in the email?
