PRRA Rejected , Spousal stay of removal or defer of removal

HEY EVERYBODY !

I applied for PRRA 9 months ago and i received a letter from cbsa so i went there and they said you have to leave canada in 6 weeks . I have sponsorship application going on i applied for it 6 months ago and i receive an e mail from immigration " we receive your application . The question is if i go back to my country i need to make my military service for 15 months and i will be away from my wife i m planning to defer removal order from cbsa do you guys have any idea what is the chances and also i m planninng to get letters from MPs
