Hi

I'm not sure to be happy or sad.. I've received a letter from CBSA to report to the office in Feb.. In the letter, it does not state if I should prepare for an interview or to leave Canada. It just said the a decision has been made and I am to report personally to the office.

I've tried searching for answers in all different websites but all it says was CBSA will call the applicant in and hand the papers to the applicant if it's positive. Nothing in anywhere says that if it will do the same for negative decisions not does it say that negative decisions will be sent through mails.

I'm so loss and confused now and don't know what to expect or react when I get there... Worst.. I'm having an interview for my promotion.. I seriously don't know what I should do at this moment.. I've no one back in my country.

Is it that the applicant have to report personally to the office no matter if it's negative or positive decision? Will there be another interview before they provide me with the answeR?

1. It is quite possible that is a negative PRRA decision if you have already submitted the information for the PRRA.
2. If it is negative, the only appeal rights are leave to appeal to the Federal Courts, it is quite possible that they will give you removal arrangements at the same time.
3. If you have not had a PRRA interview, then that is what it will be.
