I don't understand, there's no option like that. I put refugee claimant because there's no out-of-status option. It gives an error when going to the next step which is upload documents. It wont load.
I guess you can try again tomorrow and last resort would be paper application.

Minime had encountered same stuff as yours, so keep trying...

Hello can someone help me, my husband recieved a letter from Canada border to meet up with an agent to disscuss his eventual removal from canada, we have submitted the sponsorship and have already sent the medical and fingerprint as requested they said he passed his medical exams but are still waiting for more documents which I believe is the fingerprints from Mexico as it says it takes 30 to 60 days to process. No with this what can he aspect at the interview at the border office. It says he can apply for PRRA if eligible can some tell me what do we need to do he has a work permit and is currently working.
Thank you.

Well I can assure you that there's nothing to be afraid of, from your explanation above i want to believe that your sponsorship application is already in b4 your hubby was asked to come for interview in regards to PRRA right ?
Once he is eligible for PRRA the officer will just tell him to go and apply for the PRRA and once that is done it takes a period of 6 month if am not mistaken to get a result and I believe b4 then your sponsorship application is already half way done..... when the result for the PRRA eventually comes out and is positive then he's a free citizen of Canada and if the other way round the immigration will be left with no option than to wait to see the end of his sponsorship application which I believe will be fine on the long run. Once it is confirmed that you put in a sponsorship application b4 the result of the PRRA whether negative or positive the immigration will and most wait to see the end result of your sponsorship application. I hope have been able to give you rest and clear the air in regards to your worries..... wish u all the best .
