Prpoperty as proof of settlement funds OINP

Hi
I got noi from oinp... But i am stuck at settlement funds.

I dont have such amount in bank. Instead i have a property in the name of my spouse which we will use for setllememt after selling

How can i show it as proof of funds.

Any help in this regard is highly appericiated.
